4. DATA RETENTION AND PURGING
Active Account Data:
We retain your account information and core profile data for as long as your subscription remains active.Automated Project Purging: To optimize system performance and minimize data residency, specific project-level data (e.g., completed tasks or single-use administrative records) is automatically and permanently deleted ninety (90) days after the associated task or record is marked as "Complete" or "Finished." Post-Cancellation: Following the cancellation of a subscription, we retain account data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, unless you specifically request immediate deletion.
